In late 2020—and for the first time—the Office of International and Executive Programs began offering online short-term training workshops for the benefit of graduate and undergraduate students enrolled in overseas universities.

Along with its long-standing cooperative degree programs, OIEP's innovative delivery of non-credit, non-degree training to remote participants was showcased in the December 2020 "State of the College Town Hall" given by Professor Gregory F. Ball, dean of the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences (BSOS).
